Moving in

Our aim is high quality services and great value for money.

We manage the business centre so you can concentrate on your business and maintain flexibility. Unlike a conventional office lease where there is a long term commitment, you can terminate your agreement at short notice.

Moving into a furnished office is straightforward, you just need a signed standard licence agreement, normally deposits are not a requirement, and then every month thereafter, a monthly fee is paid.

Our monthly fees cover all costs associated with an office including Local Authority Rates, air conditioning, heating, lighting, cleaning, decoration and maintenance, insurance, security and furniture.
